Old Boyz Gaming Community to Host E-leph Launch Tournament
Prize membership raises stakes in launch tournament
With a glass of cognac in one hand, and a Cuban cigar in the other, Tragamin CEO Mitchell Boonder III announced late last night that the renowned Old Boyz Gaming Community would be honoured to organise and host the upcoming E-leph 2002 Turning Game Tournament.
The Old Boyz Gaming Community is a Tragamin-sponsored organisation that was founded in the 1900 by Boonder’s grandfather, Mitchell Boonder I and his closest associates. Until 1972, the Turning Game was used as a sacred initiation ritual - no new member was allowed to join the Community without competing against three existing members in a small Turning Game Tournament. In 1972 this ritual was abandoned, as members got caught up in the craze of the day, line-dancing. After 1972 only 7 new members were admitted, on the merit of their relationship with Mr. Boonder III.
Now, 30 years later after the last tournament was played, the Old Boyz Gaming Community is teaming up with Tragamin to host the E-leph 2002 Turning Game Tournament. As a prize, 100 new members (from all over Europe) will be admitted to the Community, regardless of their nationality or sex. According to Community member Joe Vanistic, ”We are a modern organisation. We welcome the idea of opening our doors to women, although quite frankly I doubt whether any of them have the smarts to win.” In keeping with tradition, each new member must prepare a one-minute speech that will be broadcast live to the press. Directly after this ceremony, Mr. Boonder III will officially launch the E-leph 2002.

Nyní, 30 let poté, co byl odehrán poslední turnaj, Old Boyz Gaming Community společně s Tragaminem pořádá E-leph 2002 Turning Game Tournament.
